I have never been able to get this to work. Anyone know of a procedure to get this to work? I have downloaded the video before but have never been able to play it. Any help would be great.

Many BR servers are just "broke"- its not your problem with doing it righ/wrong.
Only way, is to find a server that works and keep using it, or to ask people for a server where it works.
Also note to most servers delete their BR files after a period of time, so get them ASAP- i.e. as soon as the round finishes.

If you can download the video that means the server is probably set up properly. The only reason I can think that you wouldn't be able to play a demo you download is that BR won't play a demo recorded using a different patch level. Are you patched to 1.41 and were the demos recorded while you were at 1.41?
