Umm.
Just email them.
I would but i don't want to wait 100 years for them to get to me, and i don't want it showing up on the phone bill and have to explain that i called it for some guy on some forum
Emailed them about 20 times and they want me to send the MP3 back to them. If I email them now asking what the warranty does cover then it turns up just like that won't they catch on?
Diff email?
Or ill email them.

Hello.
I was considering buying a 30gb Zen MP3 player.
A friend of mine has it, and i love it. But i have one question.
I was reading through the documentation that came with his Zen, specifically the 'Warrenty' part.
Under the warrenty description it lists A LOT of things the warrenty does NOT cover.

But, out of curiousity, i would like to know what the warrenty DOES cover. What are some common problems that people send there Zen's back for? I ask because i had some problems with an Ipod i owned at one time, and they screwed me over on the warrenty.

Thank you,
Mitch
Hows that sound? Innocent?

Geeze Mitch, could you have at least run a fucking spell check through the document???

WhiteFusion, if you want to call the US number (I am assuming it is toll-free), then just download Skype. Skype does not charge for toll free calls.

It's usually called 'force majeure' in civilised societies.
