You could test bulletspread online by having 2 guys stand close and shoot in the middel between them.
If one get hit once in a while then it's bacause of bulletspread.

If the ping is 100 is that 0.1 sec? A soldier will run 0.5 meter in 0.1 sec so how can we hit him?
