BF2s Wake Island FAV Race!

So, there gonna be more then one race, or lap? Cause I don't wanna be a gunner the whole race, I wanna drive that FAV to victory FOR GREAT JUSTICE!!!!!

Also, Is this mod in place right now on the server??

I've also removed the overheat of the guns as well- should make gunning different, since the damage has been reduced (each shot does 1/10 damage), but no overheat

And yes, there are generally lots of different race with such events.

To all the people talking about the superbowl....unless you are actually going, I think you can make it...this is gonna be done a few hours before hand, if i've worked this out right.

Kick off is 23:17 GMT, the race is 3 hours and 17 minutes before kick off, you might miss some build up, but c'mon

You are correct, that is a Domain name, which is mapped to a IP using DNS.

However, the reason I gave you a domain name, and not an IP, is that my IP (like many home users), is dynamic, so changing regulary. The DNS entry for the domain updates with the new IP automatically when it changes, however if I gave you an IP 4 or so days ago, it would no longer work.

Cutting the technical crap out, you are fine connecting to the domain name through the "Connect to IP" in multiplayer, however, if for some reason you choose not to, do a nslookup of lunn.homeip.net in commant prompt just before you connect through BF2, to make sure its the newest IP.

Server is down for tonight though, as i'm doing lightmaps for MOAB's map.
