I remember when Lesnar was in the WWE. He's a tough guy, but Mir will come out on top.
I saw him fight at the LA coliseum in august. he wasnt too bad.

frank mir has some mean submission tricks.he will win easily
I'm a big fan of MMA although I'll be the first to admit I don't know a lot about the technical aspects of the sport.
This should be an excellent match-up.
Most people only knows Lessner from the WWE - IRL he was a VERY successfull Wrestler in college.
Frank Mir is a former champ who was in a life-threatening auto accident some time ago.
As a result Mir had to relinquish his belt due to the severity of his injuries. Several doctors told Mir he would never walk again. The fact that he's not only walking but fighting at a professional level is nothing short of a miracle.
Mir is a true fighter in life and in the octagon.
I think we're going to find out a lot about Lessner during this fight.

Brock Lesnar is a beast, there is no doubt about it, and even Mir made comments about the fact that he thinks it will be hard to find his way mounting Brock. That being said, being on his back is wher Mir is good. Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu was made for a smaller guy to still beat bigger, stonger opponents. I think Lesnar is lacking in experience, but Mir is just getting back in the game. He's only had 1 great fight since his return. His submissions are amazing, especially for a heavy weight fighter. I honestly think Lesnar will leave an opening, not being fairly experienced with BJJ, and Mir will take advantage. in the spike special for the upcoming fight Lesnar made a comment along the lines of, "Everyone says, ' oh well what about Mir breaking Sylvia's arm? What about his BJJ?' what about it? I'm Brock Lesnar." If what he said reflects how he really feels, that his power and wrestling will carry him, he might find out real fast that it won't do much. Wrestling is a great tool to have, but even the good wrestlers have to learn the other Martial Arts, atleast enough to understand how to counter / escape them.
I only want Mir to win because it will be a comeback story for him. I'd like to see Big Nog beat Sylvia for the Interim heavyweight belt, then have Mir go on to fight Big Nog for the heavyweight belt. I honestly don't see Couture coming back, and the interim heavyweight belt will be changed to heavyweight.

Frank Mir lives in Las Vegas, Nevada, and I think Brock Lesnar lives in Minnesota, or that's where he went to college atleast.
respect to brock for wanting to fight mir so soon seeing as his last victory and only fight was with kim. if mir comes in as bad shape as he has a couple times recently, then brock might be able to wear him out and ground and pound while avoiding any sub attempts. if mir is in decent shape i wouldnt be surprised if he submits brock at all. although watching brocks training makes me think mir has a better chance of getting the tko/ko standing then brock does, brocks hands didnt look too good. that said im looking forward to this fight way more -
