There has been a lot of talk about server admin being crocked and kicking people for either no reason or something trivial like saying WTF.
Well i would like to say that [NUTZ]Sergant_T is a damn good admin he accidentally team killed me this morning (Ran me over in an APC) and I pressed forgive as you should do but then it came up saying you are being kicked for abusing the punish button, every now and again when you play on that server it explains that they have a no tolerance policy for people just smashing the punish button.
I quickly jumped in to a pron getting shot at and typed "I pressed forgive please don't kick me" and he said "np" and I was not kicked, I then jumped out of my pron and proceed to rack up about 10 kills in a row which in turn allowed my team to capture the flag.
It may not be the best example in the world but it does prove that not all admins are crocks that make sure there team wins.
