It's not even just my mouse hand. Unless my hands are close to my body, my fingers are always freezing even if I'm not.

As it has been previously said its probably just due to bad circulation, do your hands go very pale (almost blue in the cold) and very red (when its hot)? if so its sounds like bad circulation, though a less likely cause which is completely off the top of my head and lackign in resources is that you've managed to stop the blood from flowing around in your hand properly so its pooled slightly, although that would leave dark redish pruply patches where its pooled. Thats quite unlikely though I'd think.

I think the postion you hand is in the blood doesn't circulate as well and doesnt keep your fingers warm...
