Acording to the trajectories, it gets within 0.0042 AU or in other words 673000 killometers of earth. I think we will be ok, might look good if it crosses into the atmosphere, except the atmoshere is only 100 km from earth so its unlikely.

Should be around lunch time on the 29th if it hits.
