While we are on the subject of how to cook the perfect boiled egg, I might as well ask you how to make the perfect Chicken Noodle Soup.
I have never made this before until Saturday night, and thought it would be easy to make as it is basically just chicken stock, noodles and chicken. But my soup didn't turn out as well as i had hoped and was lacking a bit of taste.
What would you do to make it?
p.s. i am not looking for the long method, i.e. leave a chicken bones boiling for two hours before straining the liquid for another 2 hours just to make the stock.
