Mombot really isnt that good. I believe it was a GameArena server I was on about a week and a half back (can't remember date time or server name/number because the event was really that unremarkable). A guy came on and every time he killed someone you'd get the "You just got pwnd by tex using mombot from x feet" message. While it was patently obviously he was hacking no one cared because he wasn't that good. He'd score the occasional headshot but in 1 to 1 combat it wasn't that effective. He ended up like... 5th on the server I believe. So nothing special.
I suppose in the hands of someone who has a bit more intelligence that to just walk in a straight line firing randomly around them it might be a bit more devastating, but from what I've seen first hand it isn't that good.
