what do u think
not much, a few online games, and an occasional small download (my only major file DL's are patches and mods)
I get free downloads when I download from ISP servers. Not that I do that anyway.
As I understand it, bandwidth is analogous to the width of a motorway i.e. when you use lots of bandwidth, this is the same as having lots of traffic on the morotway: lots of traffic=slower traffic.
This means you dont really "consume" bandwidth over a day, this makes it sound like a raw material resource...
You might say "whats the highest amout of traffic on your motorway throughout the day" instead. Except for bandwidth, not cars.

At least 1 g/b a day. Gotta download my pr0n ya know?
seeing as the internet is a series of tubes, I bet I use 3 or 4 tubes a day.
Depends really, average about 5gb a day
But it's usually when I sleep anyway.

With streaming illegal movies, downloading illegal music and torrenting illegal software, I'd say in excess of 10gb a day. Most of it is streaming though so it never actually stays on my hdd.
A lot. One helluva lot.
All up I have 30GB a month at my disposal, so anything under that.
Internode Radio alone chews through 11GB/month so I'm glad that's free.

probably about 400GB a week...
Wow you guys are spoiled rotten. At home I have a 10 GB limit a month and over here even less.
Varies from month to month, I download a lot less than i used to though, back on no limit I'd happily DL 50-100GB a month, I doubt I get through 10GB now, just can't be bothered with it anymore.
A couple batches.
That's hard to know, but on average I guess around .5GB.
500Mb. Fuck university.
1-2 gig I guess, My limit is 50 gig, wouldn't know if I get to it though.
Well, if I did the maths correctly, I have a maximum daily transfer of ~4.3GB. Wich sounds quite right. And I download most of the day (When I download anything), so maybe 1-3GB a day, depending on what I do.
My net is so slow that there's no need to put a cap on it -.- 512kbit ftl. The faster limited connections available here go down to 512kbit when limited. I feel discriminated.

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP
