Apologies if this thread has been posted before, but searches yielded no results.

What's the most annoying thing you catch yourself doing when posting in DS&T?

I, probably along with most people, can at times lose my cool when people argue around in circles, and when the same things have to be explained over and over. I also have a bad habit of trying to maintain a discussion with people who don't seem to have any intention to discuss anything at all, often leading to flames, as some people will misconstrue curiosity and benefit of the doubt as being stubbornness.

What are yours?

I am a condescending elitist. Sometimes I have a chip on my shoulder about people who try to act like they know what is going on in a particular situation when they really have no idea. I can't stand a lack of analysis or in depth comprehension.

I talk down to a lot of people here too. I probably delete or edit about 50% of posts a few minutes after I read them because I realize I am being an asshole. Trying to work on that.

I do not post often enough. I visit regularly, but post seldomly. Sometimes it is because I realize that my response may be belligerent, which is common here, but I rarely do so myself.

I also have a tendancy to make an ineloquent or difficult post, one that confuses others of my view.
