no radar, silencer = pointless, only time your enemy has a radar is when they're using the UAV, in which case you're on the radar anyway.
Only time to use a silencer is if you're using Radar Jammer too, and that applies to both game modes.
And the M4 and M16 are both as good as each other, they're just better at different things, M16 is more midrange picking people off M4 is more short/med range, that said the M4 does mid/long range fairly well and the M16 does close up quite well too.

Maybe it's just me who can hear silenced guns just fine, X-Fi and 7.1 audio does that to you lol...
I know it shortens how far away you can hear the gun being fired, but if you're far enough away for it to be silent, I don't need to know you're there.
