Seems like Quate.net has the scoop with this. While they don't list the exact requirements for the achievements, I think you can all use your common sense and guess what they'll entail.

I used to hate it before I started using the needle gun. It's so boring just sitting around holding mouse1 on some idiot for him to go back for ammo when you uber. But if you learn how to use it, it can be an amazing weapon, even at range:

They're achievement packs and by the sound of it the medic pack is just the first. Rumour has it that the pyro is next in line to receive an achievement pack.

Achievments keeps the game running. Just look at BF2 and the award system. It keeps the games going and gives the players goals. I'm stupid enough to try get all these achievments lol.
