is there any way you can get the cheat mode without collecting the 30 laptops?
Not exactly, but you can add weapons, alter physics, and slowdown time through the console.
type seta thereisacow 1337, and hit enter.
Then type in sv_devmap bog and load it.
Leave this and load the mission you want.
Go to console and start tweaking.
timescale # alters time, 1 is default #
give weapon or give all gives a certain weapon which you name, or give all gives every weapon for that level
gravity # alters gravity, default # is 800
noclip lets you walk outside of walls
notarget makes the ai ignore you
