I agree, i dont agree with him much.

especially the part about 'if you get caught with your pants down, DONT MOVE'. If the enemy is far enough away to not see you by not moving then hes also far enough to not be able to hit you by you running away.

Another tip for snipers fighting in urban landscapes is the presence of supply crates on roof tops.
its a favourite spot for snipers. ammo resupply and hp healing. look for the head bobbing out behind it!
Also for maps like jalamabad it is easy to keep a look out for any1 climbing ladders. easy shots to the head.
