Everyone should stop the flaming, and help the guy out. Coming from some of the best BF2 infantry/8v8 conquest teams out there, here my advice:
-Aiming: For both the AK101 and M16, after close range (which is around 10-15 feet), you need to switch to single shot, aim with irons, and shoot at the head.
-Mobility: Need to be a lot faster at moving around. Constantly dolphin dive (use CTRL to get up instead of space). When you see an enemy, just shoot at him for a few shots (single or auto, depending on range), and find some cover quick. Cover is essential in staying alive. If there were any BF2 Pro pubs out there anymore, the lesson of using cover would be a lot easier, since you'd get headshotted after a few secs of spawning.
-Try to participate in scrims/matches if you're in a clan. Make sure these are in the BF2 Pro mod. The most important things in being a successful medic in leagues are when to know when to use iron sights/crosshairs and adapting with cover and mobility.
Good luck.
