I think is you wanted to do it all about the clan, then you should get them all to Download Fraps themselves, so they can get some footage of them shooting people.
Fair play just following them with your sights, but it doesn't let you see them actually do anything.
Also, I recommend making the font of their names smaller, so they all fit on the same line.
Other than that, a decent attempt. I liked the idea, and the music, the rest just needed a bit more time spent on it.
