I would fill in the top right part with something. I don't know, a message ,maybe... or a little bit more design. Either way still a nice pic. You should print it and frame it.

I don't think there's anything wrong with the top right. If he added anything in, he'd lose any kind of focal point he has in there and he'd be filling space just for the sake of filling it.
