My friend installed his copy of bf2 today and he keeps getting kicked for losing key packets. So how do we fix this?

1. Yes Punkbuster A and Punkbuster B are running
2. Yes we have good internet
3. No no virus protection is on.

I typed in losing key packets and it only came up with one result. So it's not just you.
