But I'm sure what his eyes are attached to his his with are a little long?
Only problem I see would be this part, the side of the eye still seems to be a little pointy when I think it would be a little more pulled back with the side of his face.

the guy really is pulling his skin out like that. but his eyes were not there. they were photoshopped from where they should be down to the grasped skin flaps. then the holes were filled with cloning.
