Hey guys. I just reinstalled BF2 and special forces and every time I join a server I can play for a few minutes then it freezes for a sec and says I lost connection the the server. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection. I can open the internet and play Call of Duty 4 without any problem. Any server I join on BF2 looses connection though.

I am patched to the latest patch just incase you thought I might have forgotten to do that when I reinstalled.

NVM. I updated punkbuster and it worked great.

I have the exact same problem!!! any server i join i can only play about 2-3 minutes and then i get the "there is a problem with your connection" message. Most recently, it also told me i was kicked because i was losing key packets? any ideas?

Try updating punkbuster like I did. Go to their website and download the latest version and it should all work fine.
