This on the other hand is mine:

Why has he got it but not me?

Then u'll get the ribbon. What's u'r friends global playtime?

I got it because of a stats glich i think so has a number of other people.

But yes, you must have a global time of 250 hours. and I believe that's all you need... and then play on a mec map and you'll get the ribbon.. and then play on a china map and you'll get THAT ribbon.

But IMO the theatre time counts, too....and has to be about 10-15 hours.....

@Chuy: Perhaps the award server is collapsing slowly.....wires are glowing....

OK, but I can say: u normally get it at 250h global hours. And at a max from 10-15 hours theatre time.

At least there is something ging on with the awards and/or the server....we all dunno....
The "Time In Theater" is the time, you have to play with this army to get the according award....

Obviously I did not see the he only has 50 global post.... so he got it by a unintentional computer glitch or server error. This is proven by the point that everbody else who has one of those ribbons has both. I did not check award dates but I bet they are close.

My initial post... not what you wanted but has good info anyway.
I have read it has to be over 250hrs than you get them. Specific theater time is not important. But I also heard you need 24hrs in each theater. Dunno if that means your usmc time counts. I do not have it either.... but I will pay attention and if I get it and I will post screen shot.... but that is a long time if you look at my hours.

Time in Theatre is different than your play time with a specific Army. Your Time in Theatre is the total time you have played on Chinese or MEC maps regardless of which army you were a part of.

I just got the Far east service medal but the weird thing is my global hours are only about 80 hours.

but only 6 of those hours belong to china.

Same deal for me cept I got MEC. And I only played Wake Island (As China), and then Karkand (As USMC, wasnt switched to MEC nor played MEC since patch), weird huh?

I received my MEC ribbon before the patch, but I'm no where near 250h.

I remember that I received it on a MEC map right around 58h MEC time (global was close to 138h or so).

MEC theatre time was around 92h.
