I'm pretty sure 1.3 isn't compatible with 1.0/1.1/1.2 (I upgraded early and there were like 3 servers)
Stick with what ever patch you want/like but 1.3 is newest and will have the most (or all) servers
I have a feeling this'll be closed soon...next time just use search or browse through the tech section threads. Might save you some time
