It's technically not a "Hot Rod" a Hot Rod is some fabricated, modified, or custom vehicle or a mix of multiple manufacture components assembled traditionally for speed or for show car purposes.
This car in AF is a factory appearing "Muscle Car" from the color to the striping etc.
It's actually modeled after a 1972 or 1973 Plymouth Duster see this previous post from a while back http://forums.bf2s.com/viewtopic.php?id=28123
They should have included it more in the AF maps especially the 32 and 64 size Operation Road Rage. It's on the 16 map size though. And why it's not on Operation Harvest I don't know.
It's is a blast to drive I cant quite tell if its faster than the DPV but it sure feels like it.

I changed the localization to read Low Rider for the Muscle Car.
It's fun to ride, and I see a lot of people switch from a perfect DPV/FAV to the Muscle Car. One of these days I'll camp it with C4 or AT mines. Too bad it's so easy to kill.

sweet i just drove that muscle car today wow i love it. i really like how you can use cars like that and the big rigs on road rage. however tanks still win. now they need motorcycles!!!!

i prefer the civilian car in the sf maps, only because your passenger can shoot

I would prefer a muscle car on Highway Tampa as its a huge map and you are too slow with the armored vehicles.
