I just dislike the fact that the bullets magically disappear after 3m. It sucks and I dont like it.

The shottie works wonders on Vacant too, I've had some fairly silly rounds shotgunning eveyone.

it doesnt hurt to put overkill on and have the shottie as your secondary weapon for those times when you just have to have a room cleared out

Actually my best shotgun map is Bloc - one of the longest range maps in the game.
