Whenever I try to download it, it wont complete. I think the download just times out because its so large. I tried three times now, and I don't wanna try again unless I KNOW its gonna work!

I have used Flashget before to download a large file, but I don't know how to get it to download CoD4...

Does anybody have a link that they know for certain works??

They have a downloader that you might have to install but it actually works pretty good and don't pay for anything, you don't have to.  You just might have to wait in line for your downloads, which I don't mind.
