I saw this when America's Army 2.8.2 came out and said they have "enhanced support" for this thing and thought "WTF is TrackIR". I looked it up and it seems pretty friggin' cool. It has, I believe, all axis's of motion, from lean in (which I would think to use for bringing up scope) to side-to-side (which I would also think to use to peak around corners), to looking up-down, left and right (can't find a use for this that'd be better than the mouse [except for that whole 1"-180degree thing mentioned above]). I'd try this out, but wouldn't buy it unless I played a lot of flight sims (maybe a good use in BF2 or 2142 would be mouse look in a Jet or Gunship). But in CoD4, you'd end up getting TNS (Taco Neck Syndrome [remember from the old Taco Bell commercial]) if you'd use this for leaning around corners.
Edit: Yeah, what Far said.
