I am having trouble getting images down to a workable size to fit inside the 40 pixel height limit, if anyone has any suggestions I would be much appreciative.

Sry if this is a repeat, I didn't see anything in the search.

ok so shoot me for the typo at 2 am guys!

What my problem is is more of really good pictures and images getting pixelated (sp?)
