Why is ther so many diffrent brands of Nvidia cards, i mean theres like what 6 or 7 im not sure but i know theres alot. whats the diffrence between the brands if there is any. which is the better brand

not much difference, but like EVGA gives you a step up program, with ASUS you get a card+game(ON SOME CARDS, gtx), MSI no idea, BFG (someone else write more )
some overclock, some don't. etc.

EVGA and BFG are supposed to be really good. I've got a EVGA kicking around here somewhere - never use it though.
