I think the gold AK and the Druganov are the best looking gold guns! I dont know if you knew this but Saddam Hussein had special gold AK's and Druganov's plated with 18kt or 24kt gold!! They werent show pieces either, they were fully functional weapons. There is a video on the internet of Marines firing the gold AK's at some base in Iraq after they found em'. . .

So for a gold SVD, you have to get 100% on all sniper Marksman challenges, and 100% on all sniper Expert challenges.

How hard is it to get all the golden guns? I've yet to get the game, but I do like taking up challenges like these. It's a nice break from multiplayer and a great way to practice.

There's the weapon challenges (kills, headshots), and challenges like blowing up two enemies with C4, getting the last kill in the game, calling in and airstrike twice in one round, killing an enemy by blowing a car up, etc.
