well i would say take 600 mg Ibu profien (sp?) and put a gauze there to stop the bleeding. if you can't move your toes you probably broke them, if you can (even down) then they're fine and just hurt a little. its nothing like running a marathon on a busted foot (buddy at the race) or a rolled ankle (me)

If it is still hurting after 2-3 days go get it x-rayed to check for minor fracture. Cover the blister, you don't want it infected. Get an icepack on your foot to help with swelling. And stop being such a pussy ffs.
