I was playing USMC on Mashtuur City. Because my computer loads pretty fast I could grab one of the popular Black Hawk seats. I was the first so I could decide which seat I'd like to have.
We were flying around as the message pops up:

You were killed by fozzen

In the upper right corner:

Fozzen [Killed] =EWG= DoctorAliMente

As you can see, I was alive and proofed it by shooting some MECs.

Next round Sharqi. I was driving in a Humvee supporting the tank with repair support (Veteran Repair in that round). The same message popped up twice.

I didn't remember their names but it always said [Killed] in the upper right corner.
My Deaths didn't increase. I don't know about the Kills of the guy who "killed" me.

Sweet you found the immortal glitch... Haven't seen it before and didn't know it existed, but better don't mention it to often or DICE is gonna help you(r bug) out of the world

This is some form of hack, this happened to me multiple times on wake. I kept dying to someone called Bf. Toutana (not sure if that name is entirely correct), except I didn't die, it just said in the bottom left corner: "You were killed by Bf.Toutana. That happened every 10 seconds to every member of my team silmultaneously, as you can imagine, the player came out of the round with a crazy score of over 400. I'm really not sure how this hack works or whether it is an exploit of a glitch.

Hackers suck.

ahhh hes not going to get bugged or enything.. and not gonna get reprimanded.. there is no immortal glitch... its a bugg... has happend to me to... both on sharqi and karkand... and i was running .. and sitting in a tank... has happend many times... nobody was shooting or nothing... have even been on the other side... i killed someone.. that i didnt even se... so this is just a minor bugg.. u dont recive death or kill points.....

Hey... com'on seriously... My comment had a few smiley’s there...

It doesn't sound very logical to have a hack where you can merely gain points but not really kill someone...
It really sounds like a glitch of some sort...

Just a glitch. I often see I've got a kick vote against someone when I first enter a game as well even though I never initiated one.

yeah was wondering about that... quite anoying... the vote glitch... has happend to me to... both kick votes and map votes... whats up with that???

Seems they should be getting rid of all the glitches, before they start working on bunny-hopping.. and destroying choppers ....

i like bunny-hopping noobs... its hillarious... (ohh no an enemy... lets jump .. and shoot... i go... heheh what a silly looking dance... then i go prone... aim with my support pkm... ratatatatatatt ... splat.... dead... )

on this battlefield.no server i play on that happens sometimes. its not a bug or glitch, its just an administrative action. i'll see someone type !kill playerB, and then up top itll say "admin warning: playerA adminstratively killed playerB".
well my 2 cents. now im off to watch that emily rose movie

yeah my favorite is when it says i get artyed by __ . just a glich no deths are added same when it sayis i kill or tk when i didnt just says it for no reason.?

Sorry for posting in such an old topic but it happened to me on a Norway Karkand Only Server (I think from the same provider I think.
I had 5 kills after two jihadd jeeping runs (yeah it's cheap and not musch, I know) when the message "You killed xyz" was displayed. I quickly checked my stats. Still 5 kills and 2 deaths.
So it's probably a problem with their server script.
