No Fog bug??

Just a few weeks ago I got a Radeon 1650 512MB AGP card.
The new drives from ATI are no good for this card, lack of AGP support in them according to ATI.
Now I play 98% of the time without bugs, but sometimes when the round is over and a new map loads I have no Fog, this might seem nice to some but I'm not looking to get punkbusted...
I have to quit the game and rejoin the server to fix the problem.
Does anyone have a Idea what this might be?

I guess it would be something to do with the aforementioned driver issues.

What settings are you running bf2 on?

Mostly medium, texture and terrain is high.
1162x862 or something close forgot the real numbers.

Accourding to ATI the new drivers do not have the correct support for the AGP cards in this series.
The new drivers where giving me Direct 3D problems, with all other games BF2 was running ok.
I now run Catalyst 7.6 and all works fine.
