People who care about the team usually end up with bad kill death ratios...ie in Karkand, instead of camping the Hotel spawn, running off to a heavily defended suburb with only two or three other guys is suicidal...however, you take one for the team, which usually results in win

Basically, if you care more about the team than your own selfish stats, then your KD ratio probably sux

There are exceptions, but not very often
