Your right. Most router use those 2 adress...Linksys one are 192.168.1.1.

If you need to acces your own computer for some reason type. 127.0.0.1

correct thats just your outside address to the rest of the world you need to go inside the router where you have your REAL ip address just type the other address into the browser preferably in IE browser and then it should ask you for your password and user name, depending on your router you should be able to enter default setting and access the router.
