This is pathetic... BF2142 is now on sale, it can be bought for $20. When it was released it cost $85.
But the funny part of this is that BF2 without the SF expansion pack was standing right next to BF2142 and it costs $35...

Did you know that Battlefield 2 is still $99 here in NZ? A two-year-old game is still at it's release price, although it's now being replaced by the gold edition which includes SF. SF on its own is still at it's release price too, as is BF2142.

It's not that it's really successful, it's just that games here are fucking expensive and remain so for at least four years - mostly until EA decides to turn them into "EA Classics".

Oh Jesus $100 for a game!!! There's so much more you could do with that money... well at least here. I guess everything else there is high-priced as well.
