After not being compensated for my time during the outage, I decided to contact EA support, I have tried that before with other problems and they have been completely useless but this one tops it all.

basically i tell him i didnt get the points and he explains that some players will be compensated.

Isn't that the exact same message they have posted on there website?

Basically they don't give a shit about your stats... But it would have been a nice gesture if they at least took the time to give a personal answer...
I got my 2000p and I am quite happy with it...that's a lot better than nothing.
Maybe yours will show up later...
