I never stated anywhere in this thread that this list was made for "Potential Kidnappings" I mentioned it in my first thread ya, but not here. And the people on this list are there for kidnapping in a way, but more for Acting Out in Complete Idiocy (AOCI) I don't feel like explaining the case, but it was discussed recently by Mods and Admins.
I also add people for padding stats excessively usually done by means of kidnapping. But a person will only get added for this if its on their main account. Thus padding purposefully.
Any other questions needed to be cleared up?
