After considerable debate, I understand it would be better to have a list of members who have been caught hacking rather then padding and glitching.
I seperated the AOCI list as well. You'll find that at the bottom now.

Just for the record, I haven't decided if I should do this as amusement for others, or keep it as a serious list of offenders, I don't want to insult/embarrass anybody, so if you think this is a bad idea, please give your opinions, thanks.

- General cases of complete idiocy acted out in threads that have been closed entirely or showing acts of major immaturity.
