Ok I am 176 cm tall (5'9") , I am 17 and I am 155 pounds. Thats about 70 kilos. I'm not sure if I'm a few pounds over or just right, but it sure looks like I'm fat. The thing is I have fat in all the wrong places. I have a little gut and a huge ass and theighs. So when I wear clothes I look fatter than I really am.

I'm 5'10, 170 lbs, athletic to body builder(wwf). play billions of sports(i dunno how i do the HW, sports and BF2, but i do.) sometimes three sports practices a night, and go to the gym on one of my rare off days.

Here is the height and overweight chart for males in the US army. This chart is a very good measurement. I find that anyone who is over these weights looks fat and can not pass our physical training test. The test is run 2 miles in shortest time possible, do as many push-ups as possible for 2 minutes without resting, and as many sit-ups as is possible for 2 minutes without resting on your back.
For the record, I run 2 miles in 12 minutes 2 seconds, 60 push ups and 79 sit ups.

Anyways. I'm 5'11", closing 80 kilos. I'm still short 10 kilos of my 90 kilo goal. Need to make 86 and above. I'm a pretty lightweight rugby forward to be honest. Still mostly muscle mass, but after i got downed by injuries i've got a beer belly now.

I'm 17, 5'10"(180cm) and weigh 185lbs (84kg). I'm not overweight, or have much fat at all for that matter, just alot of muscle. I hit the gym 5 days a week and play football in the fall and lacrosse in the spring (in the winter I go to the gym more). I'm actually trying to get to 200lbs (91kg) for next football season, in muscle of course.

im 20 and 6'4 and weigh 196. so underweight if you ask me. Im in the Army though too, so I try to keep weight down for PT. Can do 72 pushups in 2 min. But need to work on running.
