Request for icons

I need some windows icons (ico prefered, containing both 32x32 and 16x16 high color); themes: servers, network connections, people. Something modern looking and non proprietary. I googled a bit but could not find anything exciting.

Any offerings would be appreciated.

If anyone here wants to personally make him some, I'll just bring up ICO Format for Photoshop again. It also has ICOBundle for merging a 16 and 32 into one.
