It's obvious. Bush wanted to buy a pony from Iraq, but the government of Iraq didn't allow that. So Bush decided to start a war.
They ate the last piece of pizza.
It is their right to do so as a soveign nation.  The Geneva conventions clearly states in Article CXVII:

Geneva Conventions wrote:

Anyone who is a member or participant in a lawful party may partake in EITHER the last slice of pizza OR the last beer in the pack, but my not, under any circumstance, take both.
If Iraq simply took the last slice of pizza, then they are perfectly within their legal rights.  I believe Bush wanted the last slice AND the beer, which makes this war illegal from the start.
You forgot Article CXVIII:

Geneva Conventions wrote:

Addendum to Article CXVII: Anyone who has offically called "dibs" on the last piece of pie AND OR cake shall automatically forefit their entitlement to either the last slice of pizza OR the last beer in the pack.
Bush had explicit intelligence from a mole in Saddam's government that he did in fact intend to call dibs on the last of the pie. This information warranted a full scale pre-emptive invasion, esspecially when chocolate pie is at stake.

well that may sound true but its not hard to strap c4 to your car and drive it into someones house lol

and look at the hijackings and threats the US got.

and there was question about if they head wmd.. thats a risk i wouldnt take because they dont care if they live or die as long as they die for there "god" they feel its right so droping a nuke that would kill every living thing would sound nice to them
oh i know we messed up horribly with the terror threats we got before 9-11....i do not understand why there was such a bad response to the supposed evidence we had that it would happen.

your second point is valid, but not for ALL iraqis/muslims *which im sure you know*  and there do need to be precautions taken.  im wondering if we could have just spent the money on securing our borders and our interior better, rather than waging a war based on ever changing reasons.

saddam still needed to go though...so i agree with that part of the war

That's a new one on me, but I was just an intel analyst with Arab specialty...what the hell did I know?

2. He believed that Iraq had WMDs, was trying to develop WMDs, and was trying to procure WMDs.  He was correct on all three.
Dude, I'm starting to think your post was a joke to chide the kool-aid drinkers.  Please, we have enough in the US.

3.  Saddam was insane enough to try to assassinate an EX US president, invade Kuwait, shoot missiles at Israel (who stayed out of gulf war), and disregard UN orders.  Saddam obviously would have done even stupider and more dangerous things if left in power to gain weapons and build his military.
Hard to do with a total blockade, round-the-clock surveillence, no airspace priveleges, and extremely limited national budget.  I'm not disputing he was a bad guy, but he had his nuts cut off, locked in a pickle jar, and hermetically sealed.

4.  Being the President of the US is like being President of the Remedial School of Retarded Youth.  Trying to make the people you lead comprehend reality and understand the reason why you can't just sit around blowing spit bubbles and peeing your pants all day is futile at best.  You will never be popular treating US citizens like educated logical people who understand where the gas in their cars come from and how devastating to the World economy it would be to have it dry up over nite.  Piss and moan about the War all you want but you would piss and moan more when you don't have a job, gas is $9/gallon, and you can't afford to heat or cool your house.
So lets blow $800,000,000,000 on genocide of 650,000 or so people, 1% or so actually being bonafide people shooting back...all for, what did we gain again?  Nobody is arguing against taking things to the terrorists, but this war wasn't ever going to be won with a conventional smash and bash invasion followed by an equally clumsy occupation.

Assassins, hitmen, stoolies, Special Forces - thats how you conduct a police action outside your own territory against criminals.  Diplomacy, statesmanship, understanding, tossing the money around doing GOOD things instead of killing - thats how you win "hearts and minds".

I probably just got punked though, I think I'm responding to an extremely dense wingnut and it turns out to be a joke...

Saddam needed toppling for the safety of the free world. Add that to the poll. He was the most Major threat in the Middle East.
