I'm sure there are several instructions on the fraps website and even with the program (hint: called "Help"), that give you hints on what it does and how.
I need around tree fiddy.
Fraps > Setting > Video/Images (Something like that) Then change what buttons you want to record and where you want them to be saved too. Fraps WILL lag your game if you're recording footage, also if it's unregistered you only have about 30 seconds record time and the videos will be saved with a water mark.
