I would assume that the White has gone down and the Arab has gone up significantly since the 2001 census. I would also assume the Asian and Chinese has gone up quite a bit as well. Hell, our Mayor is arab and our provincal government is the New Democratic Party. the one black family is fairly recent.. They moved in about 3 months ago (luckily they aren't the bad type)
Religion in my town is ... well 50% Christians/Catholics ; 45% Muslims ; 5% Jewish unorthodox
Population in my town is very high since I live in a borough close to the city (NYC)
And our local schools have had a few blacks/Hispanics since the "No Child Left Behind" act.. so after 3 this town isn't all too great.
Last crime was about 2 years ago when a girl trashed her baby (it didn't make the news luckily)
And everyone pretty much has the same feelings when it comes to blacks and Hispanics (its wrong I know.. but TV is to blame) You should have seen the state of shock the town was in when the black family moved in... it was pretty funny.
