well i am in AFJROTC which is a military program during high school and i need the main page done, its not much, pretty basic design, i just need someone to make a template at 1024x768 resolution, i have the banner done and the colors can be the same or close to the US airforce website, i am including my design concept and banner in a .rar file, so if you guys can help me i would love u for the rest of your life
