But what if I find it funny? Hell I'm more ethnic than most black people (No offense). He might as well refer it to Taiwanese Aboriginals (My GF, most of my friends, Step-mother is aboriginal), and a ton of them don't do SHIT. Hell some people just can't take a joke.

I can take a joke, but there is nothing funny about that. It comes across as a racist rant, but he doesn't call out the race so he calls them dogs. If it was funny at all, I wouldn't have an issue. I think racial jokes can be pretty funny and enjoy when I hear some about my race. The keyword is funny, there was nothing funny about it.

I have been warned for something much less offense than this and seen topics closed for much less. Its clear that moderation isn't to enforce the rules, but to enforce the rules against new comers or people that are not friends of moderators. Joke or not, there are people (not dogs) that would be offended by your thread, which is hateful against people.

So you're oppressing a persons thought? But what about where a shitload of black people can yabber all they want about white people and get away with it. Don't say "You oppressed their people".
