I think I caught one of his shows where he was in one of the desert areas of the US where the native Americans used to live, seemed pretty interesting ...pity he's a fraud. Anybody here watch Ray Mears?

Ray's good, he'd make an aircraft carrier out of a twig and some mud. He teaches you more of the 'laidback' survival lol, Ray will construct a suspension bridge whereas Bear will jump in to the water and full power swim across with his camera crew in the boat.

That was also the MOAB desert if I'm not mistaken .

Exactly. He's still fucking awesome. Mears is cool, but he tends to spend 50 hours carving a perfectly balanced, symmetrical spoon so that he can stir his lemonslip tea properly, far too much.
