If you meet all the requirements for a rank however don't have enough playtime for it, will you get the rank when you finally get the amount of playtime needed?
For example, if i'm a Major General with 1200 hours playtime and I get the 200k required points for Lieutenant General but don't meet the time requirement of 1440 hours, will I get the promotion once I get those extra hours?
