Just a couple questions and a short story about this guy EA ADMIN BOB.

As far as I know you cant have spaces in your player nick, no spacebar " " is that correct?

Are you allowed to have "EA ADMIN" in your player nick?

Well if the answer to any of those is no then could this guy really work for EA? The thing that caught my eye was that he had spaces between his name and I thought that wasnt possible, his name was truly EA"space"ADMIN"space"BOB. Now if theres some way to put a space in there or its some character that doesnt show up in the in game chat (EA ADMIN BOB [L85A1] someguy) that would explain things.

So whats the big deal that this guy might work for EA? Nothing monumental but this guy was an incredible one shot machine. I seriously hate to accuse people of hacks and I didnt say anything in game but I guess im entertaining some kind of EA doesnt care they might hack themselves business. The first time I saw him I got one shot killed, no big deal it happens but I got one shot killed by this guy a couple times and so did my friends. We barely got a shot off on the guy, as soon as we see him were dead in one shot. The best was when I was running with our squad of six after we just spawn and we see this guy far in the distance and I see a single muzzle flash and the lead guy drops, repeat four more times a single muzzle flash and another one drops, then one more single muzzle flash and im down. He wiped out the whole squad, I know that happens too but all one shot kills, impressive. He came in the end of the game and amassed a 33/3 KDR and 77 points, I believe he took gold and all in five minutes or less. I didnt see him lose a single shootout, I think grenades got him. In the second game he got to 10/0 KDR in less then a minute and surprise me and my friends get one shot killed.

This is all I could find on the guy since he doesnt exist on BF2S (as soon as I hit "space" = no players found) EA ADMIN BOB

And the PID leads to STATS

Different names? Is that typical? If the guy couldnt possibly be with EA forget I wrote this, Its only something if its possible he does. I guess im just in a conspiracy type mood, maybe "EA admins" hack themselves? maybe theyre testing something? If this guy posts here and reads this im just curious whats up with the different names and spaces in EA ADMIN BOB, and I know ive mentioned hacks but I dont want to outright say "you hack" hence the "maybe hack" lines. I can admit when ive been owned and I got fucking owned. But all the facts together seems a little suspicous correct me if im wrong.

From what I hear, there is a new hack that allows you to change your name using typically disallowed characters (such as spaces).

No, that's just an aimbot/wallhack. I was referring to a name hack that allows you to literally change names.

Exactly. Read the part where I said I tried to look up his stats by the name he used and found nothing even close. He was just using multiple cheats.

I had something similar happen last night on a server. Only this guys name was EA ADMIN #42

He was just like you described him, one shot kill, usually 5 or 6 guys all in a row, and he was always right there to get me no matter where I went. I tried to shoot him, it registered as hits but he never died. Needless to say I left at the end of that round so I don't know what happened next.

It's not new and it's not a hack. It involves editing a certain .con file in BF2's files. I could make my clantag "wỗﻯﻆЖ¾ü£-,\ΔΙ˜ٓ٭▌╚╥□ﮂﭜ" with that file if I wanted.

187ci has a hack that allows you to change your name and add special characters in your name not your clan tag.

So someone with spaces in thier clan tag doesnt necessarily mean theyre hacking then, but it does if its in thier name?

No, if it's spaces in their clan tag, that's fine. If it's in the name itself (e.g. the space isn't between clantag and name, or there are more than 1) then yes, as far as I know, go ahead and kick them.

I am seeing alot more one shot guys appearing who are not very ranked.
When asked if they hack, they often never answer or insult you.

They seem to be able to turn the hacks on/off while in-game.

I was just working this guy (PAX) Clan & he was getting mad...
Next round he is invincible & smoked 5-6 with instant headshots no matter where I was on Daqing.
(i.e. He was at his main base by the airfield and I was fighting him from Old City.)

He kept beating me with 1-shot kills, so I was tired of the crap - I spawned at USMC Main &
he 1-shot killed me within 10 seconds after spawn.

Then I spawned at refinery. Again... Headshot. This bot must be able
to kill across the board and also show names. Just laughing at what
people have to do to kill me...!!!!

I used to screen shot them and record their names, but really I feel sorry for them.
